Wiring schematic
Hi everyone, please forgive me on this post. I have a older 1989 jayflight 35ft fw and the previous owners jacked up alot of the wiring. So i am stuck fixing it. Anyways, does anyone have a schematic of wiring? I dont know if mine even has a converter in the system and need to know what im looking at to install one.

Jayco usually will provide them with a Vin# and once out of warranty, which you clearly are.

Check your insurance card, title or registration.

Check the pin box framework for the vin. I'd be surprised if Jayco has records for that far back.

Like Mopar Earl stated, check the tongue. It has to be on the trailer somewhere.

I agree. I couldnt find anything on the pin box. And i agree i doubt they would have records that old. I was hoping that someone had some kind of insight.

Call Jayco, give them the last 8 digits of your VIN , and ask them to email you the PDF file of your RV's wiring schematic. I've done this with both my units.
Good luck in your repairs.

The Vin number is placed in a few places. I found a hidden Vin on my htt, ot was under the camper, mounted on the flooring, in the rear passage side. It was not clearly visible, from any position, you had to look for it, but it was a large white placard.
Otherwise call Jayco, tell them the gin on the tongue is illegible, and ask if there are any other Vin number placards to for.
