Hi all, We’ve got a 2020 pinnacle 36kpts. Recently we’ve had trouble with our electric. Not sure exactly what the trouble is but we don’t really have full power. The inverter has a code of E03. Ive researched and unplugged everything I possibly can Checked all circuit breakers and fuses, checked electric out put at the pedestal unplugged the camper to try to reset everything. Nothing is helping. Anyone have any ideas?

E03 indicates a unit overload or AC output short circuit condition according to the document. It says to reduce the load. Make sure the load does not exceed the output rating. I would check to see what you have plugged into the inverter circuit first and minimize what is connected. Just to be sure did you test the incoming power with a meter? If so what were the readings? Also does the battery level indicate fully charged?

Take off the cover to the inverter and make sure the wires are terminated into the wago connectors. The guys at the factory don't get them stabbed in all the way. Make sure you know what you are doing and disconnect the AC and DC power before playing around in the inverter. This is what was wrong with mine by the way

Check ALL connections for tightness, from the batteries back to the inverter, including fuse block. A loose connection will draw high amps and trip your inverter.
