All the manufacturers change parts installed on an apparently random order.
Pull out your bad fan and see if you find a brand, model and any other ID on the fan. Double check if it is very dirty, needs oil or was poorly installed, has a bent blade etc. in case you can fix it.
If it runs on 120 volt AC and not 12 volt it may be an over the counter replacement at a big box store like Lowes or a special order one. If it is 12 volt some of the big parts houses might have one or can help you find one. I have E-trailer for brakes, tires, etc. and always found them helpful.
