Since one was by the sink and the other outside, I too would suspect there's a GFCI reset in there someplace.

Bathroom outlets work?
The bottom breaker is the GFI breaker that controls these outlets. If tripped it only goes half way and may not look tripped.

The bottom breaker is the GFI for these outlets. It only trips part way. Just turn all the way off and back on. That should restore power

We have 37k too. The three separate breakers in end of bed are fed from inverter. One is the main, second is microwave, third is outlets that are not GFI. GFI outlets are fed from breaker in combo AC/DC panel on side of bed.

Gunfighter,
An annoying thing about the GFI breaker in the breaker box is that you must be plugged in to power (or have gen running) to reset it.
