2005 Seneca Clearance lights

2005 seneca, 35 GS. When I turn on the headlight switch all the clearance lights come on. After 30 seconds or so the LED lights on the face of the mirrors along with all top lights and the two amber at mid ship flicker and go out.
All other clearance lights stay on. Can't find a fuse thats failed and looked for a relay without success. Any help would be greatly welcomed

I would check all the grounding points.
