2009-2011 JAYCO EMBARK QX390 Info?

2009-2011 JAYCO EMBARK QX390 Info?
Does anybody have any experience owning one of these motorhomes? We’re looking at a 2009 version for the towing capacity and it’s in our budget. One specific question is about the ride height. They look really low to the ground with real low ground clearance. Is that a problem? Appears to be a really solid drivetrain with the Cummins and Allison transmission. What are the pros and cons of this rig? Any issues with the engine or chassis?

Any help greatly appreciated!

They have rear air suspension, was it running and aired-up when you saw it?

It was running, just looked like less clearance.
