2014 seneca 36fk window vallance falling off

How do you re-install the window valance? Mine completely fell off the wall, and every screw had worked itself out. My wife kept finding the 1.25" screws lying on the floor with no apparent place from which they had come until the valance and the blinds fell off the wall. Looks like the double roller (mesh and blackout combined) shades are too much for the two "L" brackets provided. I intend to add a couple more on this blind, which is about 4' in length to stabilize the entire assembly. Anyone with a similar problem and an alternative fix is invited to respond.

There are only two brackets in four ft. I have three on the long shades. I would order an additional bracket from MCD. Use the same hole but up size the screws by one size. Hand tighten, do not use screw gun. That is probably how they striped them to begin with.

My wooden valance is held up on the ceiling and also by the side brackets next to the windows. Then the shade brackets are screwed into the valance

How much clearance is there between the back of the interior wall and the back of the exterior wall? Would like to use a molly/toggle bolt or similar secure fitting if there is enough space. Certainly don't want to drill through the outer wall! Do the Seneca's use aluminum or wood wall framing?

Rick... That is going to be a tough challenge. Most of the valence in our Seneca has a backing of 24ga sheet metal placed betwen the foam insulation and the inside wall (which I believe is 1/8" luan) and the sheet metal is the reinforcement.

I would ask Jayco to send you the blueprint of where all the wall components are placed for YOUR specific model. They sent me all of the stuff I needed.
