2014 Seneca--Replacing Wood Laminate with Wood Grain Ceramic Tile

Hello All.
Has anyone done this in a Seneca that came with the "hard wood" laminate floor?
Ours got wet when the dog's water was over-turned while we were gone. The laminate expanded at the joints.
Jayco doesn't have the flooring to sell me to replace the damaged pieces.
We like the warm feel of the dark wood grain. So we thought we'd put down a ceramic wood grain tile floor.
Does anyone have any suggestions on the type of tile and thin-set cement to use?
Jayco said they lay their tile right on the plywood and to check with a flooring contractor on the type of tile and cement to use.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Sorry, my '14 has the thick vinyl tiles! Good luck.
