2015 Seneca TS galley slide

Traveling from Wisconsin to North Carolina and noticed our galley slide is not moving out totally at the top by approximately three quarters of an inch or so. Cupboard that slides behind sink is dragging a bit on the counter top.

Slid comes in tight.

Any suggestions on adjustments or access to motor and tracks to see what might be happening.

Thanks.

TS Slide

Is there something at the top preventing it from moving all the way out. I know I have found grand-kids toys in odd places when my slides did not travel in or out completely.
