2016 Seneca 37FS bunkhouse slide

I been been having issues past year with my bunkhouse slide. No water issues but with front slide motor. I even took it to recommended Indiana shop by Jayco last year and they retimed it. It worked kind of but the slide now has been getting stuck at the forward motor. Local RV tech is telling me there is more gap on this side of the wall and it is not secured right. Likely going to need to add a support. Has anyone run into this issue?

We have an early titled and licensed 2016, made in 2015 37FS. We had to have the bunk house slide motors and tracks replaced by our dealer in about 2018. Luckily no problem since, but I think we have learned to operate it better. Never had a gap problem. Good luck! If you continue to have problems, may I suggest Motor Homes 2 Go Service Department in Grand rapids, Michigan. Excellent Service Department. No connection, other than a very happy customer.
