2016 Seneca 37ts electrical

My levelers report low voltage and therefore do not deploy, steps won't deploy and the shore line reel doesn't operate. All other electrical systems & functions work. All fuses test as good. House batteries charge from generator, shore line, and/or truck alternater. Does anyone know which circuit(s) the non-working items get their power supply? Ideas?

Above the chassis batteries there is a breaker that can be reset. Check that first. Need to remove the cover at the top of the cab step, 3 screws.

Found it

I found the breaker pictured. The thing that looks like a button on the top is about 5/16 wide and 1 1/4 inch long running side to side with the truck. It doesn't push like a button and does not slide either sideways or longways. How does one cause this breaker to reset? Meanwhile overnight the steps and shore line reel started working. The leveler panel no longer indicates low voltage but still will not deploy the levelers. My in dash radio/camera unit still just has a light flashing on each side of the cd tray and will not turn on. The reset on the front does not change anything. Do you have any additional advice? Thanks.

the button on the top... is to trip or open the breaker. There is a lever on the side that pops out, and slides back in to reset the breaker.
