2017 37TS Front Axle Oil

Can someone tell me what 75W90 oil that are using that meets the SAE J2360 spec. I can't find any brand that specifically says it meets the spec.

Syn-Sure is one, but it only comes in 5 gal buckets. If you have an 18 wheel repair facility near they may have some to 'lend' you. That's a mil-spec lube. How'd it surface as that's what you need? GL-5 is usual and customary for most applications.

Just changed mine with Valvoline synthetic 75W90, in the squeeze package (packaging should make no difference), that I bought at Walmart. It specifies SAE J2360 in the fine print.

The requirement comes from the Freightliner Business Class M2 Drivers/Maintenance manual

https://360.lubrizol.com/2017/Why%20...So%20Important

Why is SAE J2360 So Important?

For axle lubricants, one of the traditional standards used to guide buyers in their choice has been API GL-5. The increasing demands on axle components have revealed performance shortcomings in the API GL-5 standard of performance. As a result, the lubricant industry is advocating for global adoption of the more comprehensive and up-to-date standard, SAE J2360.
