2017 Seneca electrical issues

We just purchased a 2017 Seneca took it on our first trip everything working ok until time to head home. Stereo works but no sounds to speakers, then stairs stopped working they are in the closed position and won't extend when door is opened, jacks will not work and our fridge is flashing Dc low. Our inverter does not seem to be charging either, it's maintaining 11.0 even after driving and running generator. We checked fuses that we could find and don't see any that are blown. When we disconnect the inverter (phone cord only to switch) and plug the RV into power at home we can run all of these above items. Wondering if there is a switch or a fuse we are not seeing? Anyone's help with this would be greatly appreciated after the experience we had buying this rv I am afraid to take it to dealership to be worked on!

If you are able, check each individual battery's voltage (you will need to disconnect the terminals for this) At the same time ensure that each cable is good and is connected to the proper terminal. You could have a bad cell or a bad connection. The fact that your systems are working when connected to shore power sounds like it might be running straight off the converter.

Do you get similar results when the generator is running as you do when on shore power?

Ok, this is going to sound crazy, but check one thing...make sure that the shifter is in Park and not Reverse. Reverse will normally make the stereo mute to setup the non connected audio to the rear camera, will cause the steps to not move and cause the jacks to not move.
