#3 slide out was not retracting fully on one side. We fully extended the slide out then (per the Jayco owners manual) I pushed on the side that was not fully retracting and it retracted fully (both sides retracted). When trying to extend the same slide out, the side that was pushed began to extend but the opposite side will not extend at all.
Help please.

You may need to reset the Schwintek controllers (they are under the bed in our 2016 HJ).

Which slide are you referring to as #3?

Typically on a TS, #3 and Schwintek refer to the bedroom slide as well as your slide switches

The passengers rear most slide which contains the master bed. I found the controller under the wardrobe behind the drawer cabinet.
