Welcome to the JOF forum...

I'm not sure where your connections come in on your unit, but our 2015 FK model has the cable come in where the water connections are. Where it eventually ends up at the roof antenna splitter.

I've attached the wiring diagram we got from jayco for our rig.

Welcome. Not sure what you are asking. If you wondering about cable connection from outside try both the sat coax inlet and the other two coax connections found in the upper left corner of the Nautilus Utility Center. Mine was on the second terminal not on the satellite input on the Nautilus utility center. Turn off your antenna amplifier. Mine is above the stove and sink in a 37K. Then follow the set up on your TV screen selecting Satellite and let if find channels. There is at least one thread on this site that discusses the problem.

Greetings I have a 2017 rb and it would help us if you told us a little more about your camper. Is it a 2018 or a 2018.5? Do you have a deluxe entertainment center over your cab? If you do the connections are behind your tv. Having said that my cable doesn't work because it appears to be hooked up wrong. If this is your problem try running the campground cable from their box outside into your cab door to the back of your tv, that's what I have to do.
