2019 Jayco Seneca battery / inverter issue

Have been camping for 2 weeks with 50 amp shore power : the last few days I noticed the voltage displaying on the inverter panel was lower than usual. 11.2 11.1 all while plugged into 50 amp shore power.

Today the inverter started alarming at 10.9 volts (factory default alarm setting I think) e05 error meaning low battery voltage.

On the 2019 Senecas what is supposed to be charging the battery bank and where do I check the voltage output for the charging amp/voltage?

Any other ideas on what to check?

Sounds like it may be just a blown fuse between the converter and the batteries, so the converter is not charging the batteries.
The low voltage alarm by the inverter indicates it is connected and working correctly.

Yep wonder where those fuses are: nothing blown at the converter front panel and found a blown fuse on a solenoid next to the battery bank don’t know where else to look.

What size fuse was that?

Also check for a 60A mini breaker that might be tripped.

7.5 amp the solenoid had one on each side of it but it still is not charging. Checked rear grounds on chassis saw no obvious issues like rustynuts had seen on his Seneca.

Reading the pd4500 manual only thing it has to check is a possible inline fuse - I just need a circuit diagram with locations from Jayco to find 1 if there is an inline fuse and where it might be. Also how to check the output from the converter to the battery.

Please check my logic on this: I have charged the battery bank with a charger up to 11.9 volts now : the converter before had a solid green light indicating it was in bulk charge mode. Now since charging it is blinking indicating it is in slow charge / maintenance mode and is sensing the battery voltage meaning it has a good connection to the batteries. Since it has a good connection to the batteries it must be an internal problem with the converter and no blown panel fuses. I would think it means converter replacement time. Tear my logic up...

Grab your manual from your PowerCenter that has your converter (assuming yours is still like the older Seneca's) There are LED status indicator's behind the door that will tell you more about the charging status.

Sorry not asking about the status lights but just my logic, I know what the status light indicates from an online manual, I saw no 60 amp breakers unde4 bed no to check in batter6 compartment.

Figured it out with a document from Rustynuts ( specific troubleshooting document for the progressive dynamics converter) 4500 series

Converter is bad not delivering voltage it should be when it has proper 120v ac coming in.

Link is below for the document.

Converter replaced this morning, so far so good. Will see if the batteries hold a charge...
