2021 Seneca 37k bed

I put a level on the bed because my wife and I always feel like our head is lower than our feet.
I usually level the whole motor home so that the passenger side is a little higher than the driver side. Even when doing that the bed is sloping downhill from foot to head by about 1-1/2 inches
Anybody else notice this or have this problem.?Any remedies?

Have the same rig and have not noticed a similar issue. In fact during our calibration of several leveling "tools" I found that once we had the coach level the bed was just as level.

I just bought some foam to put under headboard half of bed. I thought about cutting down the 2x2 supports underneath that it rests on but will try some extra foam underneath instead
