2022-2023 Seneca Power Head Lift Bed Question

Question for those who own a 2022 or 2023 Seneca. Can the power head lift king bed be slept in in a slightly raised position or is the bed lift only used for pulling the slide in? IOW, can the mechanism support body weight or must it be slept in in the flat position?

We are used to sleeping in an adjustable bed at home so being able to raise the head of the bed in the RV would be nice.

You can raise it while you sleep. We do. 2021 37L.

FWIW I was told it could support 500lbs from a Jayco rep. Not sure if he was just throwing an answer out or not. We have used ours slightly elevated to watch TV as well as to raise the head side up when we are stopping in parking lots at nights and aren't completely level.

We raise ours sometimes to watch TV.

Raise ours all the time also if you're having any squeaking when you're moving around I put some quarter inch gasket material on the rails and it really quietens everything down as I'm kind of a light sleeper
