Put the shade up a few hours ago. Tried to put it down tonight … no go. Fuse is good. Get a slight electrical contact noise when I push the switch but no action. Any suggestions?
That just happened to us the other day when we had our 2020 Seneca in for replacement of the shade under warranty. Before we left the repair shop, we tested the new shade. It wouldn't come down. We could hear the motor noise trying to work but it would not move down. Tech came back out to the rig and showed us that the stop point was too high which allowed it to go above the trim work up top and so the bottom rail was stuck above the lip. See if it is stuck up top? He adjusted the stop point and it seems to be working fine now. Hope that helps with what you are experiencing.
