2022 Accolade 37k Central Vac

Thought I would share my central vac install on 37K. Was able to use the existing hole under the sink to snake the hose and low voltage wire through. I had my dealer install a 120 Volt outlet in the basement just for this. Will tidy up the hose and wires with zip ties and great foam the hole again.

My 5th wheel came with a central vac, I never use it. Gotta have 120VAC, PITA to drag 20' of hose everywhere. Got a nice shark cordless vac that can do my RV and TV also 3 times on 1 charge. Kinda like the 5 gallon jug drinking water system which I also never use. Gotta have 120VAC for its 12v pump to run (Lack of common sense there Jayco) haul heavy 5 gallon jugs...Nope. Brita pitcher is way easier.

I like it. Currently, we just have a corded stick vacuum, but this is a possible replacement. Thanks for sharing.

If you install one in the same location, you will need #10 1 1/2 inch screws to attach the face plate to the backer plate. The 1 inch screws were too short, cabinet is thick here. The great news was I could use that existing hole.
