2022 Accolade Tow Hitch Replacement

Hi all just I want to say thanks for all the great info!

We got a 2022 bunk model this summer and I want to flat tow my F350 and after looking around I like the tow bars that are heavier rated at the 15k lbs range and they require a 2.5” receiver.

Has anyone replaced the factory 12k 2” hitch with a 2.5” hitch? It goes without saying but I know the tow rating won’t go up with the replacement hitch and I also know a 10k 2” will tow my F350 just fine I just prefer going to the heavier rated tow bar if possible.

I upgraded mine to the Titan hitch which has a Dual 3” receivers but I have never seen a 2.5” receiver hitch for the S2/M2 chassis. You might be able to find something that might fit the frame rail width by searching a “universal” hitch.
