Awning lights

I have a 2018 Seneca 37K. Two things... The LED lights that are in the awning are not all working. The plastic cover that went over the lights has started coming off. That plastic covering has caused a lot of sticky goo to be on the awning and the cylinder next to the lights. By the way, that goo is very hard to get off.. lol!!

Is it easy to replace the LED strip that is in the awning?? I have attached some pictures to see. Hopefully they are clear enough..

Do you know what brand awning? JAYCO buys those as a complete unit so you are probably better off contacting the manufacturer. Carefree, etc.

If that's a Colorado Carefree unit, then know that I bought a plain-jane set off Amazon. Exterior rated. But cheap. Pulled the old ones out, slapped the new cheapie in and had to do a little rewiring. But they work. So much brighter than the originals too!

IIRC Carefree wanted something like $50, maybe closer to $100.
I think I bought the replacements off Amazon for under $15.

I guess I need to look up what brand the awning is. Do you have a link for the Amazon? Also, are they easy to remove and replace?? I'm not much of an electrician.. LOL Is the wiring easy to do also?

It is a Carefree unit. But I can not find the model (i.e. Eclipse or Travel'r, etc.)

Tag is usually on the roller tube or possibly on the fabric.
