Button under dash

Might seem stupid question but what is the button under lower dash just left of the stearing column. Its white- ish color and when i push it i here a click under living area. Its a 2021 seneca 37k. I just got it and have only driven it home and put in shed

Emergency start button probably. It allows you to start engine using house batteries if chassis batteries go dead.

Grumpy is correct. When depressed it ties both the chassis and house batteries together to allow you to start the chassis engine if the chassis batteries are discharged.

But it can also work to start the generator when the house batteries are discharged. But that takes two people, one to hold down the button and the other to start the generator from it's control panel. If you have to do that I would recommend having the chassis engine running while you start generator.
