Couple of Seneca 35gs questions for a new owner

Hi guys

We picked up a 2007 35GS a few months ago and I'm getting the hang of it but i have some questions

The Xantrex on/off switch in the control center does not work, the light will not come on and we cant run the TV without the Gen set on. i have checked the breaker and tested the reset on the unit under the bedroom cabinets. Im assuming this is why we cant get the TV to work with the inverter?

Next question is the Battery level displayed on the Onan control unit, what batterys are those? Because the batterys on the white level indicator says full, next to the black water and grey water and fresh water levels, but then on the Onan display if you go through the screens it says Batt level is like 1/3. any ideas on this?

also what charges the house batterys? does running the gen set do this or running the motor on the RV? Assuming running the motor charges the chassis batterys only?

Sorry for the newbie questions

The inverter switch may be bad. Have you tried flipping the switch on at the inverter?

Our Onan display shows both the coach and chassis batteries levels, one screen for each. Perhaps you could post a picture of your Command Center displays, it sounds like they might be different from ours. But maybe some other '07 members can confirm.

We installed a Trik-L-Start charger in the coach battery bay connected to the chassis Aux Start relay which allows charging of the chassis batteries when on genset or shore power.
Typically the coach batteries are not connected to and charged while the engine is running.
Your converter/charger charges the coach batteries. It should be near the inverter.
