Cruise Control Problem

I can set the cruise just fine but if I want to adjust the speed neither the increase or decrease function works. Any ideas on how to fix this. I have a 2018 Seneca.
Thanks for any help

The bottom tab button in your photo is the speed increase or decrease switch. The 2nd one down changes the dash lighting at night.

It is very confusing the way they are marked. I think the speed is on the tab so you can find it without looking once you remember which one it is. The first time i tried it at night i turned off my head lights by mistake as it the same type of switch.

My switches are arranged differently, and I've had my 2014 TS since new. My cruise On/Off is on top, just below is the Set/Resume, then the headlight on/off, and the bottom switch is the dash lights level. I now wonder, did Freightliner haphazardly install the switches in our units?

I think that the Jayco dude who assembled the dash of the Seneca's was smokin big bowls of pasture-weed and thought it would be funny to randomize the switches in each unit's dash. Our top switch is the On/Off, next is the accel/decel. third is the lights head/parking and the bottom is the dash brightness.
