DEF failure - M2 chassis

Reading about the DEF header failures and the majority seem to be on the S2RV chassis.

Anyone have a DEF header failure on the M2 chassis ?
Any DEF related failures on the M2 chassis ?

Wondering if something changed between the two different chassis in regards to the DEF system/header.

Swell news - I’m at about 12.5K miles on my 2018 (M2) 37HJ.

Anticipating this, I already am sourcing the parts for the DEF simulator build.

Sourcing a spare DEF header is an entirely different story, but having one on hand certainly seems prudent.

2017 Senaca fs / M2 60k

Started having issues beginning of the summer and just kept clearing the fault codes (SPN 3364, and SPN 3031). After about 3 months of that, finally got the derate code (SPB 1569). Took it in to Cummins and after they diagnosed came back with bad DEF header. What seems like 100's of calls with Cummins and Freightliner best I've got is the new "Cummins Software Patch" or "TRP" is out but is being rolled out in batches. Mine is still not on the list (as of today) but I've seen other posts that their's is on the list. And even if you are on the list and you don't have a check engine light on resulting from DEF issue they won't "pre-program" it for you.

So, yes would recommend the DSS as a failsafe. I'm just waiting on one final cable for mine.
