Question Distance Between Wheel and A/C

This question is for a 2021 37K..maybe the same answer for other models too but i need info on 37K..what is the distance from the center of the rear wheel to the back end of the rear A/C unit??

I will be pouring new concrete for a building expansion and may drop the concrete a few inches...but need to determine how far out from the building the dropped down concrete needs to be to clear the rear A/C.

Hmmn...since precision counts in the scenario you are describing you may inquire directly to Jayco and see if they can get you a drawing with dimensions. i know they will provide various wiring diagrams and have been known to send details on where ceiling joists are for various roof mounted projects such as solar.
I believe the placement of AC units would be the same across all the models 2019 and up given they all use the same 279" wheel base and overall lengths are the same as well with rear bedroom placement relatively identical at the back of coach house.
If you do not get anywhere with Jayco, I can measure my unit but its a 37ts.
Hopefully someone else can chime in with better details to help.
