Draining fresh tank on 2009 Seneca HD 36MS

Ok, the book says you can turn the valve and drain the tank. Problem, there is no valve. Dealership believes you have to pump out the tank using the water pump but couldn't figure how to do it. Anyone with this unit care to shed some light? I know the overflow for the fresh tank dumps into the compartment where the water controls are.

There should be a valve in one of the compartments. Find the water tank overflow lines and it should be in the same general area(further forward or rearward) or on the opposite side of the coach. If all else fails "E" mail JAYCO. You will need your serial number.

Just remembered that it may be in the passenger side rear wheel-well. I vaguely recall that being mentioned on another forum
