I drove mine early this morning for the first time to Freightliner for service and the OEM LED lights are amazing! The height adjustment screw is circled in RED and takes either a 5/16" or 1/4" socket, I cant remember. I just used the socket on a nut driver handle, they usually come out of the box adjusted UP all the way. I asked Freightliner to aim mine for me while it is there.

Whats all that WHITE stuff on the ground?

Thanks Rustynuts. I was trying to figure out what I needed to adjust the height it was kind of dark.
As a fellow snowmobiler you certainly know what the white stuff is..... got snow???
Heading to North Carolina next week so the new head lights will come in handy.

We never get snow here at home being right on the Oregon coast, closest riding is 4 hours away unfortunately.

I am convinced , I ordered my new LED Freightliner headlamps today .
Cant WAIT , OEM 2016 Seneca M2 headlamps are terrible.

You won't be disappointed!

One bit of advice, start soaking the studs/nuts now with some Liquid Wrench or other penetrating oil. Since the back of our headlights get road spray, several of mine were corroded and snapped off when I attempted to remove the nuts. They have regular threads and nuts on one end securing the assembly in the truck, and coarse threads that screw the stud into the hood assembly. Don't worry if you do snap one off, a couple of mine did. Freightliner has lots, or at least my dealer did!

Spraying the backs is critical. The part that mounts into the roof will actually back out and strip the plastic. I had to use a vise grip to hold the stud as I wrenched off the nut. I then had to apply epoxy glue to reset the stud in the hood. Luckily not a huge pain but I would have rather avoided the extra steps.
