Paul, do you know what the other relay is for?

Thanks

Dave
I closed up the box and did not take pictures of the wiring so I might be wrong but I believe it was for the fan speed as there are two wires on this relay. One on the normally closed common and one on the normally open terminal. The only other possibility would be the compressor.

The control box finally came in. Took me about 10 minutes to swap it out. Both front and back unit are now producing cool air on AC and hot air on Elect Heat.

Now, I really like RVermont's idea. I will order the relay from AliExpress and replace it on the board so I will have a spare controller box.

We survived using only the rear AC for the remainder of our trip. My local shop came through for me and installed the last locally available Coleman Mach 15 for about $1,200.
I have been dealing with this family owned trailer supply place for over 30 years and never realized they do some RV work.

That was it. I finally got around to ordering the relay and found the time to replace it on the board today. Took me about 30 minutes to unsolder the old one and solder the new relay in. Then about 20 minutes to open the AC unit on the RV roof and put the old controller with the new relay in.
Everything worked like new. So it ended up being a $5 relay after I bought a $183 controller.
The positive view... I now have a spare computer controller for a Coleman Mach 15 AC/Heat Pump.

And here I thought I was the only one that has that kind of luck.
