EQ brand auto leveling jack issue

We are having issues with our EQ systems auto leveling jacks. When we did our PDI it appeared they worked fair although it was in a level service department garage spot. However when we got it home, our concrete pad is level and when I went to level it, only three jacks came down (front passenger didn’t) all the way so I had to manually lower the passenger side jacks and it sort of worked but it seemed all the jacks went down even more. After checking level it was off still. So I tried to manually level but no luck as couldn’t just move each pair, all wanted to do the same thing each time. So I started over and followed the recalibration procedures from the manufacturer but again no luck.

Patience running thin I called the dealer service and they were able to get us in the following day. At the dealer they also recalibrated it and it seemed to work fair but again it was on level ground.

So yesterday we went on an overnight trip to finally “camp” (would have been longer but weather wasn’t cooperating). The site we had was a little sloped so this would be a good test for leveling and unfortunately it didn’t work and manually performed the same as before.

Has anyone else had a problem like this? This is really frustrating as this shouldn’t be difficult as all previous RVs we had that had auto leveling worked without issues.

We have had similar events like this, not ever the same jack twice. I just go and hit all retract until it shuts off... Then run it thru another try, and it almost always fixes itself.

Do you retract all and then hit auto level again or just hit auto level?

We have EQ, I tried the auto-level a few times. I didn’t like how high it lifted the coach, sometimes a wheel off the ground, and “level” was always a bit off. I know it can be calibrated, but I use the fridge and bath doors as good indicators.
I started doing it manually, I can level it at a lower height. Doesn’t take any longer.
Having the air dump for the rear air bags helps a lot.
When doing it manually, the jacks operate in pairs, never had an issue.
I like the phone app, I go outside and make sure the pads aren’t on a rock or something and don’t sink into the ground. Then go inside to finish.

Using the phone app is good but unfortunately I can’t get just the pairs to work (front, rear, left, right). All jacks want to work at the same time so all either go up or down at the same time. Frustrating…

Retract all - then power switch off - then power switch on - then auto level.

Couldn't get it to work no matter what I do. Have another appointment this Wednesday with the dealer so hopefully it will actually get fixed this time.

I think the dealer finally found the problem. A valve on the driver's side rear jack isn't working so it would cause all jacks to work together and not in pairs. Now they have to order the parts and no telling how long it will take to get fixed...
