Jayco has stopped putting ladders on the Seneca and Entegra Accolade.

I just bought a 2020 Accolade and it has one. Maybe this one was built before they stopped?

Our ladder on our 2015 FK is still good as new.... Granted, it does not get a lot of use.

They just recently started putting them on again. Saw one on a 2020 at my dealers but another 2020 didn’t have one.

No I think mine was built before they decided to put them back on. I checked the web and it is about half and half. Half the Accolades on dealer's lots have the ladder and the other half does not.

Personally I'll take the clean look of no ladder since I never use an RV ladder anyway. I have a 15.5 foot telescoping ladder that I use.

Our 2020 37K has a ladder on it, it was delivered to dealer end of May. I was originally told when ordering that there was no ladder option. But then the COVID crap came and delayed our delivery date of 1 April. When it showed up it had the ladder on back, no extra cost either.

As stated above, you may want to purchase an extendable ladder (we have a 12.5' that we use..cost under $100 and holds 350#). The ladder does fit into the one cargo bay. I damaged the ladder on our last Thor MH. Called the manufacturer to get a replacement....."No can do, we only sell to OEMs"......so I went to CW and the cost was around $250. The reason for the high cost is the shipping as the ladder is a big item.
