Factory Service Question

Good Afternoon,

We have an Accolade 37K on order and have a question concerning taking the unit to the factory for repairs.

We currently have a Tiffin and have taken it to the factory for repairs twice. It is a good setup if in warranty as they have an rv park (more like rv parking lot with full hookups) to stay for free while getting service done. The only down side is it’s first come first serve for service so depending how many are ahead of you it can be awhile before service is completed.

What is the procedure/setup for service at Jayco? Do they offer hookups while there?

Thanks in advance.

Jayco Motorized Factory Service is scheduled. That said on our first trip there we didn't know about this requirement, but lucked into an open slot on their schedule.
Jayco has a parking lot with hookups. Water and dump are remotely located. They even have a very nice dog park.
On another trip our warranty service was scheduled with Tri-Star RV Service. We were allowed to use the Jayco Campground.

Schedule an appointment. When we did ours they were scheduling 3 months out. No living in the rig while it is in service so if you plan to wait reserve a hotel room. I was told a number of folks didn’t return after the lockdowns so scheduling may be longer.
