How do we turn the water supply on to the refrigerator in our 2021 Jayco Seneca 37M?

We have called the dealer and the 800 number and no one can tell us how to turn on the water supply to the Whirlpool refrigerator in our 2021 Seneca 37M

My TT has a separate pump switch on the kitchen island. If you have located the pump switch and are not getting water then you will need to trace down the line and find the cutoff valve. Mine valve was behind the drawers along the floor and wall, I know this because they didn't hook up the line and I had water everywhere when I turned the pump on.

Look underneath the slide out where the fridge is located. Should have a valve where the pex water line goes up to the fridge

Is it a residential or a gas/Elc? On my 2021 with gas/elc, there is a valve behind the access panel below the fridge.

I have a 2021 Seneca 37TS. I am not aware of any way to cut off the water to the fridge. I would make sure the water filter in the fridge is installed correctly and it may take some time to get water to the fridge by depressing the water through the door lever.

If you are getting water to other fixtures in the coach and not the fridge I would say there is a chance they didn’t hook the water up to the fridge when they built the rig. Maybe remove the grate covering the furnace return air and see if you can locate a water line that is supplying the fridge.

I discovered that the cable connection to hook up park cable was not terminated in the AV cabinet in the kitchen in my rig, so there is certainly a chance that someone forgot to hook up the water for the fridge as well.

On my 2019 37TS with a residential refrigerator you remove the wooden grate below the frig and there is an shutoff valve located there.
