Can you just move the RV to a different dealer? I had a bad experience with the dealer I bought my Seneca from and regret not moving it to a different dealer sooner.

Yes, I will try that. The current dealership is General RV in Ocala FL and I learned, after my purchase, that their service department is very bad. I emailed and called Jayco and General RV corporate, no result until I wrote to the Florida AG and initiated legal action. I also posted on the BBC web site and suddenly, I get some reaction. I may get my RV back, repaired or not, later this week.
From now on, I will deal with a local (to me) shop that I trust.
I understand the current supply chain problem but that does not explain why they don't pick up the phone or reply to emails unless you threaten with leagl action. I should have bought a good used unit.

Update: I got my RV back but the slide is not repaired. In addition to that, they left the unit on their parking lot for about 100 days, no shore electricity, main battery switch on and guess what, my house batteries were dead. I complained loudly enough and got new batteries but something happened during the attempted repair and the battery charging does not anymore. Probably the battery isolator management module.
I have to calm down before making a decision.
