Yes, I will try that. The current dealership is General RV in Ocala FL and I learned, after my purchase, that their service department is very bad. I emailed and called Jayco and General RV corporate, no result until I wrote to the Florida AG and initiated legal action. I also posted on the BBC web site and suddenly, I get some reaction. I may get my RV back, repaired or not, later this week.
From now on, I will deal with a local (to me) shop that I trust.
I understand the current supply chain problem but that does not explain why they don't pick up the phone or reply to emails unless you threaten with leagl action. I should have bought a good used unit.
