Leveling jacks

2018 Seneca 37HJ. Have been at an RV site for several weeks with jacks deployed. Powered up the Equalizer Systems keypad several days ago to trim my level. The system worked. Today was going to retract any reset the jacks. Keypad powered up but shut off when I pushed the retract button. After several attempts the keypad will not power on. Chassis batteries have been trickle charging and are at 13.8.

Anybody with any ideas/remedies?

Equalizer Systems hasn’t returned my phone call or e-mail.
