I use a water powered macerator. Water pressure breaks up the junk and sends it down a 1 inch hose.
Easier to clean and store. I do carry the stinky slinky(in bumper) as a back up. In the 13 plus years use I've not needed the sticker slinky. You do need water pressure as opposed to an electric macerator where I believe is 12 volt.
I like it, others may have their own opinion.

Until I install a clear pice of tube on the Sanicon I use the slinky at RV parks so I can see what is happening. I use the Sanicon at home with 2 additional hose sections I bought.
Stinky Slinky, I ended up totally removing the macerator from ours because of the smell it always had, even with extensive flushing. You can’t tell when tanks are flushed clean with it.
