Mira Vegatouch Enrty Switch issue

Hi, we recently bought a 2021 37k seneca & have the Mira Vegatouch system. We just got some controller that's supposed to sync with it but I can't figure out how to do it. I think it has to do with this entry switch that we kept getting an error for & now it's completely red (see picture circled in yellow). Dealer is useless - any help here would be appreciated. THANKS!

Hi it's a remote light TouchPad. I think they didn't send me the right one cuz it's way bigger than the mount that's on the cabinet. See picture.

That’s the same size as on my 2020. It is bigger than the base. When you push any button, does the green led light up at the bottom of the pad? I have no idea of any procedure to pair a new button pad. Once the button pad connects to the system, it will show the current battery level on VegaTouch panel. On the back do you see a sticker with 3HK?

Nope - the green led doesn't light up. We'll try for a new battery. But you said "once the button pad connects to the system" - how does it do that? Just by me pressing a button automatically connects it to the Vegatouch system?

After the battery disconnect switch for the coach is turned on, the entry switch will connect within 5 minutes if it has a good battery. You shouldn’t have to do anything to make it connect.

OK based on your last reply I definitely think it's the battery. And we will take the back off the remote to see if there's a sticker for 3HK. Thanks for your help!

The switch panel has to be paired to the control panel. Instructions are in the Vega Touch manual. Press and hold the Entry Switch button for 3 seconds and the pairing window should appear.

The way I read the manual is appears the switch has to be paired whenever the battery is changed. The battery on mine is at 50 percent and we never use that light switch control. We use either the main control or our iPhones.

Does the pad have a replaceable battery?
