New Seneca Shakedown Cruise
We purchased a 2015 Seneca a few months back. This past weekend we loaded it up and headed to New Orleans, a 1200 mi round trip. The purpose was to visit the WW2 Museum and to eat good food. We accomplished both. Everything in the Seneca worked fine. There was a "wind whistle sound" but was eliminated with electrical tape over the bolt holes at the top of the drivers side mirror. The on demand water heater worked after I read the manual and bled air from the water lines. Overall we got 10.6 mpg while driving 65 mph. The air ride and handling of the coach is terrific. There is almost no wind push or push from 18 wheelers. There is an occasional clicking sound coming from the front left wheel which I expect to fix with advice given on this forum from other owners.
