A mobile RV repairman we have used a couple of times says to change the generator oil and oil filter every 150 hours......
There is an air filter, too, I believe, but I do not know how often it should be cleaned or changed............

If it's a diesel genset oil should be changed every 150 hours or at least once a year. Also goes for cleaning the spark arrestor.
Fuel and air filters every 500 hours.
Coolant every 1000 hours.

Sounds about right. I just changed my engine oil in the Duramax (some of these were built on Kodiak chassis with gas engines as well). Took 3.5 gallons for sure. I serviced the genset about 7-8 months ago or so and changed everything on that. Hasn't been long since the previous owner flushed the trans, but I might do that this summer just to be safe. I forget what the interval is in the manual, but it's not worth waiting. This Allison trans pulls heavy duty all the time, and 20,000 miles is the figure i used on my pickup with the Allison, and it was only pulling a load about 1/3 of the time.
