Time to change the oil on my 2021 Seneca. Looking for a part number for the correct oil filter plug for a Fleetguard LF3970 oil filter. Purchased a Lisle 57180 and it was too small for the filter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 2014 but our oil filters are the same. Never felt the need for a plug since the filter does drop straight down for removal. I do place a small trash bag over the filter after I have loosened it, but I don't even spill any oil into the bag. Likewise I pre-fill the new filter with clean oil but don't have any issues spilling oil as I replace it on the engine.
