Roof Power

I want to add a roof mounted antenna booster. Can anyone advise where I can best get a 12v power source?

Tks.

Keep in mind that most if not all exterior RV antennas that use an amplifier get their power through the coax cable. Using another amplifier will likely reduce your signal. If you have a non-amplified antenna then most of the amplifiers for them (add-on amps) are of two pieces with an interior power injector for the power and also use the coax to provide power. Which antenna (or amplifier) are you planning to install?

In any case, for solar wiring for example, many people use the refrigerator cavity and vent to run power to the roof top. ~CA
