Seneca Battery Winterization?

While I don't expect to winterize for another month I was wondering what my fellow Seneca owners do to keep their chassis and house batteries happy during the long winter slumber? Should I take them out and trickle charge them or just rely on my monthly generator maintenance run to keep them happy? Also my coach will be enduring winter at 9K ft in the Rocky Mountains so it's going to get coooolllllddddd, should I worry about that at all?

Thanks,
Jeff

I keep a solar panel mounted on top of my RV carport. I plug my coach battery into the solar panel and controller when parked. The BIM will keep the chassis battery charged.

9,000' up - it's not the extra cold that would bother me, it's the extra snow that's going to cover up my solar panels. We store ours at 5400'.

Personally, I don't think once a month would be sufficient to keep them topped off. Maybe someone else with actual experience will chime in.

I've gone solar now and just head out the to the storage lot after a snowstorm to clean the panels off.

Taking them out, if not too much hassle, and putting them on a trickle charger is one way to guarantee they'll stay fresh.
