Most of the controllers are mounted under the bed....convenient huh. What kind of problems are you having.

Found it! Thanks! One side won’t work. Slide is in and won’t go out, which I guess is the best option!! Control module says motor number 2 (back) has no hall signal. I pulled number one motor with intention to check wiring up to number two motor and motor would not turn. I reinstalled the number one motor now it says number one motor has no hall signal. Doesn’t mention number two at all now. And of course slide doesn’t do anything now. I tried the override step and nothing happens. I unplugged the power to the control module and tried it again and same error code, number one no hall signal. I think I made it worse. I do that sometimes!!!!

Hello on my rb which is an M2 the controller was mounted behind the wall at the foot of our bed. You had to pull out a door and reach around the wall to get to it. I cut a hole in the wall turned the controler around so you can see it at any time. One question did you try to reset the controller? Pushing the button 6 times and hold it a seventh until the light blinks. If you have never had a problem with your slide out controller and don't know where it is rest assured that Jayco doesn't either. Finding it before you have a problem can save you $$$, It took me 6 months to find mine.

Before I spent 6 months looking for it , a mysterious fire would occur on mine and I would tell Insurance Co. about my slide motor acting up and not working. Fire was probably caused by electrical problem with motor. And I would be shopping for another RV, with my Insurance check in my hand.
