Seneca bedroom TV mount

Anyone know the brand or where to buy the TV mount that comes in 37TS.. Guessing they are the same for all the models. Im looking for the one that just swings out and has a latch with a pull rope to release it. I dont need one that has the three way swinging arms. Just swing out and swing back and latch..

JAYCO got them from MOR-RYDE at one time, not sure if they still do.

i just bought the mount i wanted and drilled new holes in the existing mount
