Seneca low voltage on jacks, steps, power cord

We are on our way to Hershey RV show and noticed steps not working. Also noticed spontaneously low voltage alarm on jack pannel. After plugging into shore power and waiting 10 min all works well. On batteries steps stop working and low voltage on jacks occurs. Had to plug back in to get jacks up. Batteries say 12.7V and all other components work well. I can even start gen and Diesel engine with no issues. Checked all fuses and found none blown. Called Jayco and no ideas.

Loose or corroded cables at the battery, converter or transfer switch?

My Seneca was doing the same thing and it turned out that on top of the chassis batteries there is a circuit breaker that kicked and needed reset, you can see the breaker by removing the panel to access the batteries and there is a metal bracket that goes across the batteries and the breaker is mounted on top of that bracket.

This is a SWAG. I can not find the stairs or jacks on the harness drawing for my 18 37ts I think those items come directly off the batteries and do not go through the distribution panel in the coach. Might be related to isolation switch as you said they work okay when plugged in. As noted before see if you can locate those feed wires and examine the connections and fuses on those. There is also going to be relays involved as the switch for your stairs and jacks are probably low amp switches that open a higher amp circuit.

If this ever happens to anyone, the advice given was correct. There is an easily resetable switch/breaker on top of the chassis batteries.

I am having the same problems with stairs and jacks. I have taken the panel off and located the chassis batteries. I cannot find any switch to reset. Anyone have any ideas?
