Seneca shower door rollers

On my 2014 Seneca I have a 1/4-round shower with sliding glass doors; the enclosure is made by Shower Enclosures America, Inc. On a recent camping trip, my wife hollers out "There is something wrong with the shower door". The door won't slide smoothly anymore, and upon inspection I find a small white plastic roller laying below the door. Luckily the shower door glass still has a sticker with the company name on it. I Google it and come up with their website and their phone number.

I called them and a very polite representative named Veronica helped me, we emailed pictures back and forth to determine what replacement parts I needed. Once narrowed down a set of four roller assemblies (enough to do one door) was only $6.24. Quite a bargain, I was expecting parts to be much worse! So I purchased two sets so I can do both doors, better safe than sorry! They were shipped out via UPS the next day, I received them from California in less than a week.

Should any other owners with the same shower enclosure have issues with their rollers here is the pertinent information:

Yep, seems like a breakable/replaceable part. We have replaced one and carry extras. We got ours from our dealer, MH2GO, but nice to have the address of the manufacturer. Thanks for the info.

Glad I bought a complete set. When I took the door off to change them out I checked the other rollers I thought were good; the rollers and the tiny ball bearings fell off on two others with a very gentle tug!

Good info to have !!
Sometimes the part manufacture is easier to deal with than the dealer or Jayco.

I called my local dealer, the part person didn't ask anything about my camper just referred me to Ebay and Amazon. Got in touch with the manufacture and they are mailing the parts today.
