Seneca slide not closing

My bunk slide out got off sync and now one side is sucked in closer than the other and it’s locked up. I believe there is a way to re-sync them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. One use is about 8-10” inches out from being fully retraced and the other is probably 5-6 inches

Is it a Schwintek slide or some other brand?

Thread from when I had problems with mine and it also has a link on how to re-time the motors also you can put the controller in manual mode (have to be careful) it will keep going as long as you hold the switch. ASSUMING you have the same Lippert scwintek system.

I think it’s a shwintek I can’t seem to find either controller for the slide outs.....I looked under the bed and it’s not there.

Do you have the gear tracks on the upper and lower parts of the slide (outside slide wall)? If not it is not a Schwintek slide and might not have a controller.

You can see the upper and lower tracks in this pic.

Did you look in the cabinets above the bed for the controller?

I went out and checked inside my coach and under the bed there is a compartment that is covered by a piece of paneling. That panelling has to be removed to access the fuse box and breaker panel and my guess is the slide controller is inside that compartment just like in the picture of the previously linked thread, post 6.

In this pic it would be under the panel with the gouge. The picture was taken before the panel was replaced under warranty. There are a bunch of screws hiding the panel in place.

In my 2018 37ts the controllers are under the wardrobe cabinets in the bedroom. You have to be a contortionist to access it but the controllers are there.
