Spotted a Seneca/Accolade

Something I saw on another forum for another model with low numbers on the road. Where and when did you see a Seneca or Accolade rolling down the road?

Saturday January 25 rolling up I95 just north of Colonial Heights, VA (approx 30 miles South of Richmond).
