Truck blower motor

2012 seneca RB,
When I returned to coach today the heater fan was running.
The coach has been parked and hooked up to power for a month.
If I turn the fan switch to different positions the fan changes speed somewhat.
In the off position it sounds like full speed.
I removed the dash control panel and unplugged the connector the fan continues to run full speed.
I removed the blower fuse from the panel under hood.
I assume there is a defective relay somewhere that shorted causing the fan to just start running?
Any body have this issue or a idea where the relay can be located?
Thanks for your help,
George
